Religious Ed - PreK - 6th Grade meet at 5:15 PM. First Reconciliation Parents' Meeting 5:15 PM.

Jr/Sr High students will meet at 7:00 PM for class this week.

HOLY FAMILY news item Meals on Wheels

DECATUR MEALS ON WHEELS ♦Holy Family Parish needs volunteers to deliver lunches for the Decatur Sr. Center. HF is responsible for the 3rd week of each month. “Open days” are Tuesday and Wednesday. Thank you to Lynn K for taking the Monday deliveries.

Deliveries are made at 11:00 AM to 7-8 people (approx. 5 stops) Please contact Jackie at the Center 402-349-5525 if you can help to ‘feed the hungry’. Thank you!




Thank you to all for your generosity to the NCYC/K of C Pancake Breakfast on September 29th. NCYC youth and sponsors are scheduled to go to Indianapolis in November 2019.

Knights of Columbus are planning several events:

and Sunday November 10th after 8:00 AM Mass.

Fall Clean-Up of St. Patrick Parish grounds

6th Annual Fall Parish Clean-Up
– Your help is needed on Saturday morning, October 26th, to clean up the church grounds. Volunteers are needed to help trim & load plant clippings from the flower beds and parking area. Plan to meet on the parking lot at 9:00 AM. Bring your own gloves, rakes, hand trimmers if desired.

Doughnuts & coffee/drinks served.




♥ This weekend we will celebrate World Mission Sunday. Pope Francis invites the entire Church to support mission dioceses in Africa, Asia, the Pacific Islands and parts of Latin America and Europe where priests, religious and lay leaders serve the world’s most vulnerable communities. Please keep the Pope’s mission in your prayers and be generous in next week’s collection for the Society for the Propagation of the Faith.



Second Collections

There will be a second collection the weekend of November 9/10, 2019 to benefit National collection for Military Services.

A second collection will be taken up the weekend of November 23/24 for Catholic Campaign for Human Development.
